Yes, the Air Lift 7500XL air bag kit part # AL88255 that you referenced is compatible with your 2021 Ram 4500 HD.
For a compressor kit then the heavy duty part # AL25854 will work great to make inflating the bags and maintaining them easier. The compressor will inflate faster than standard compressors and the gauge inside the vehicle will allow you to monitor and inflate them from inside the vehicle.
