Which electric jack has the shortest height as measured from the fastening flange to the top of the head unit?

The etrailer jack part # EJ-3520-BBX has a height of 20-1/2 inches from the mounting bracket to the top of the jack. Which from everything I looked up appears to be the shortest overall height from bracket to top of jack.
