The Brophy Stake Pocket Mounted Camper Tie Downs # TDSF are a universal fit so while we haven't tested it out on a 2018 Chevy Silverado 2500, what I can tell you is that if you check out the dimensions of the stake pocket tie downs (see attached photo) and compare them with your bed rails and plastic liner you'll be able to determine if these will work for your truck or not.
