For the highest rated Curt hitch compatible with your 2022 Ram 3500 with OEM Prep Package you can use the Curt A25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Ram Towing Prep Package - Dual Jaw - 24,000lbs # C16046 if you have an 8' bed.
If you have a 6-3/4' bed then you'll need the Curt Q25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ R24 Slider - Dual Jaw - 24,000lbs # C16566 along with the Adapter Rails for Curt 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider - Ram Towing Prep Package # C16022 instead to add some additional turning clearance and prevent the nose of your 5th wheel from coming into contact with the cab of your truck.
If your Ram doesn't already have an in-bed 7-way connection then you can also install the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Connector - 7' Long # C56070.
