Trying to figure out which one is the better hitch to go with I am undecided can you tell me which is better

The Curt A25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch, # C16046 and the Q25, # C16049 are confirmed to fit your 2021 Ram 3500. The Curt A25 hitch is a newer version from Curt featuring a stronger head unit made of a more durable material and in addition has an easier removal process. The Q25 requires two pins to be pulled in order to remove the head from the legs whereas the A25 only requires one pin to be removed to separate the head from the legs. The legs for both units are the same.
My recommendation is the Curt A25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch, # C16046.
