Will Demco Recon Stealth Gooseneck to 5th Wheel Adapter Spin If Not Connected to Trailer

Question:
With this hitch, how does it feel on the road when it is not mounted to rails but only to the gooseneck ball? Does it move around in the truck bed or does the base rotate or move during transit?

Hey Scott, great question but when the Demco Recon Stealth Gooseneck-to-5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter # DM63UV that you referenced is attached to a gooseneck ball it's not going to spin around or move at all. It grabs the ball firm enough to prevent that and also the weight of the hitch helps too plus it grabs the corrugation in your truck bed to help keep it aligned. What are you planning on towing?
