The Draw-Tite Max-E-Loader Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75758 is the easiest to install trailer hitch for a 2019 Ford Escape and has a class III rating with 2" opening. It does not require that you lower the exhaust or remove any panels. There is no trimming or drilling required either; simply feed the hardware into the frame, lift the hitch in position, and then secure but that's it.
