I am going to be driving through North Dakota here pretty soon and I really need to get a good pair of tire chains. Hopefully with the V-Bars for their traction and then cams for easier installation. I have a 2021 Silverado 1500 with 275/60R20 tires. Do they make such a thing?

There is indeed a tire chain that will not only have the V-Bars but also the cams, which I agree make the installation a lot easier. With that said, you will want the Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains w/ Cams - Ladder Pattern - V-Bar Link # TC2828CAM. These will definitely fit your 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500 and 275/60R20 tires, as well as the 255/70R17 and 265/70R17 tires that came with Silverado trucks, so they have some versatility.

With these fitting a few different tire sizes, I do recommend also using the Titan Chain Multi-Arm Rubber Tire Chain Adjuster # TCMA2. The cams will help take up slack, but these will get it the rest of the way.
