Yes, the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e23ZR has been confirmed to fit all trim levels of the 2019 Toyota RAV4 including your Adventure trim. The matte black powder coat finish matches in well to the matte trim panels on your RAV4.

I recommend installing the Curt Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56434 when you install the receiver. The wiring is designed to be run out the rear hatch door when it is needed but most opt to run the 4-way connector outside the vehicle which is easier before the receiver is completely installed. The Curt Easy Mount Bracket # C58001 will secure the 4-way connector to the end of the receiver, protecting it from damage as well as making it easier to access.
