Question:

2003 f250 4x4. i want to install a 5th wheel hitch on my truck and was looking at the BWGNRK1108 and also the BWRVK3500. i also want to install air lift to level it out. Im not sure what air lift is compatible with the hitch mounting to the frame. will AL57393 work if not what air lift will be compatible

We do have exactly what you need for Air Lift air bags that are compatible with the Companion 5th wheel hitch and installation kit for your 2003 Ford F-250 4x4 long bed. The part number is different than the one you mentioned (that part number is for the 2WD versions of your truck), so here are the exact parts you will need:

- B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3500-5W

- Custom Underbed Installation Kit # BWGNRK1108-5W

- Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57390

The top bracket of the Air Lift # AL57390 actually gets secured using one of the bolts from the B&W install kit. I have added a photo a customer sent in that shows this kit installed with a B&W hitch so you can get an idea of how it will fit.

So this will give you one of the best overall hitch and suspension set ups anywhere. The Companion is the premier 5th wheel hitch in the industry due to its massive jaw system, cushioned bushings, and durable steel construction which give you the quietest, most comfortable towing experience possible. The only other thing you may need for your F-250 if you don't have one is a 5th wheel wiring harness, the Pollak # PK11893-11932.

The Air Lift air bags will do a very nice job of supporting your Ford's back end when you are towing, though I do recommend ensuring you get the straightest cut possible by using the Air Hose Cutter # AL10530. The only other thing I recommend considering is a compressor to make it much easier to maintain your air bags, the Air Lift Load Controller Compressor System # AL25854.
