The EcoHitch # 306-X7369 is a confirmed fit for the Toyota Prius Prime for the 2017 to 2021 models years currently. This will likely change when EcoHitch has the chance to test it on a 2022, but I cannot 100% confirm the fitment until that point.
However, we do have the Curt # C11473 that is confirmed to fit your 2022 Prius Prime and is also an American made hitch. This will have a 2,000 pound towing capacity and a 200 pound tongue weight capacity, but you will need to check your owners manual to see what your vehicle is rated to. The only downside of going with this option is that it has a 1-1/4" hitch instead of the 2" the EcoHitch has. If you need a hitch urgently, this will be the best option.
