These two Timbren rear suspension systems are the same except for two major differences. They are both compatible with your 2021 GMC Sierra 1500. They are each rated at 8,600 lbs and are rated extra heavy duty. The differences are the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System, part # TGMRCK15S, is jounce-style spring that replace axle bump stops on your frame and it does NOT fit vehicle's with equipped with Adaptive Ride Control. While the Timbren Suspension Enhancement System - Rear Axle, part # TGMRCK15MR, installs directly onto the frame and it is ONLY compatible with vehicles equipped with Adaptive Ride Control.
