I would be happy to help you with wiring the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118392 into your 2021 Chevrolet Express Van. The T-One connector plugs into your vehicle's wiring harness, which is located behind the driver's-side and passenger's-side interior trim panels in your rear cargo area. The connectors you are going to want to connect to are located behind the tail lights on you Express Van but they will need to be accessed through the inside of the van. There will be some interior paneling that will need to be removed to accomplish this. You can pick up the Powerbuilt Trim Pad Remover # ALL648544 to make removing the panels easier.
I have included an installation video that does a great job of walking you through the installation of the 4-way harness and where the connectors you need are located as well as how to get to them.
