When it comes down to the best 5th wheel hitch there's really only one option. It is the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package item # BWRVK3715. This hitch has a gross towing weight of 25,000 lbs and a maximum tongue weight of 6,250 lbs. Widely known as the best hitch company in the business the B&W companion has a dual jaw locking system which gives you a 360 connection to the kingpin. This makes for a smooth and comfortable ride with little to no chucking or jarring that you see in lessor quality 5th wheel hitches.
