I have a 2022 F-250 and I am looking at these SumoSprings for my rear axle. I want something that will help reduce sag when I'm hauling things for work and help with the ride as well. Do these work?

I spoke with my contact at SumoSprings and he informed me that the dimensions of the #SSR-127-54 are 10-3/4 x 7-1/4 x 4-1/2 inch. Just the yellow portion of the spring is 7 inches tall.
