2022 F350 2wd dually factory camper package with 3500 LB wet weight approximate slide in truck camper. With camper loaded, truck leans to passenger side approx. 1inch - 1.5. Will sumospring help level load left to right? Describe bump stop perch? picture would be great So I would get correct system SSR-127 or SSR-129

With you slide in truck camper causing the passenger side of your 2022 Ford F-350 Dually 2WD to sag more than the drivers side, the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL88391 are going to be the best option for you. The air bag helper springs will allow you to use different air pressures in each bag to give you the most level ride possible. The Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL74000EZ will allow you to adjust the air pressure to each spring from either the included wireless remote or your smartphone with the Air Lift app.
The SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs are going to have the same compression characteristics for each side. While being progressive and providing more support to the side that sags more it will not allow you to level like the Air Lift system above. The Springs 1,500LB # SSR-127-47 and 2,800LB # SSR-127-54 are single piece kits while the 3,000LB # SSR-129-40-2 and 5,000LB # SSR-129-47-2 are 2 piece kits. The bump stop perch is typically only found on 4wd trucks. I have included an image below that shows it mounted with the leaf spring U-bolts to create a pad for the bump stop/SumoSprings to contact.
