You are going to need the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75540 for your 2022 Lexus RX 350 as the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13143 will only fit the 2010-2015 RX 350. The Draw-Tite receiver may push up slightly on the rear fascia of your Lexus as the rear fascia was made slightly lower with the 2000 and newer models.
