How to Connect Lance Trailer 7-Way Wiring to Truck with 7-Pole Socket

Question:

I need a wiring harness from my Lance 820 with original 7 pole plug to the bed of my truck with a Pollak SAEJ 560 7 pole connection. What products do I need for that connection?

Helpful Expert Reply:

Lance sometimes uses their own special connector (for whatever reason) so since your truck has a Pollak 7-pole like part # PK11720, I recommend cutting off the OEM Lance connector and installing a more common 7-pole like the Pollak # PK11700 that will match what's on your truck.
