Is Bolt Pattern between B and W Hitches BWHDRH25122 and BWHDRH25198 the Same

I have a 97 f250 with regular bumper on it now. The previous owner had s flatbed on it and theres existing holes drilled for hitch. I was wondering if these two hitches have the same bolt hole measurements. I know one is for a deep bumper. BWHDRH25122 and BWHDRH25198

Since the only difference between the B and W Hitches # BWHDRH25122 and # BWHDRH25198 is the style of bumper they fit with the bolt pattern is the exact same. Only difference is the height difference relative to the hitch opening and where it mounts to truck frame.

Hey Tim! The distance from the most rear hole to the end of the #BWHDRH25122 receiver tube is going to be 12". See the attached photo.
