Maintenance Lubrication and Cleaning for Pace Switchblade Tonneau

Question:
Hoe do I best lubricate the tracks and protect the outer surface of my SwitchBlade retractable tonneau cover on my 2018 F-150? Ive had it now for a few years and it still looks and works great but I dont want to miss out on any preventative mnt.
