We do have a few options for your Kodiak 225 calipers # KDBC225S, we offer the Kodiak 10" Rotor # KR10D which have a 5 on 4 1/2 bolt pattern, will fit 14" or larger wheels, and will work on 3,500 pound axles.
Finally we also offer the Kodiak 12" Rotor # KR12D which have a 6 on 5 1/2 bolt pattern, will fit on wheels 15" or larger, and will work on 5,200 to 6,000 pound axles.
