If the B and W fifth wheel hitch you have is the Patriot line of hitches like the fixed # BWRVK3200 or the slider # BWRVK3270 then yes the Reese fifth wheel rail kit part # RP50040-58 would fit them as well as your 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 short bed.
If instead you had a Companion hitch that installs into a gooseneck hitch you'd instead want the Turnoverball rail kit # BWGNRK1313.
