Question:

Some comments state that this hitch does not work with the Ram 2020 and 2021 Ram 3500 Diesel engine models and some say that it does. I am looking for a front mount hitch that will work with a 2022 Ram 3500 Laramie HO Cummins Diesel. Please help me out.

Although Draw-Tite specifically states that the # DT36MR front mounted recevier isn't a fit for Diesel models of the 2019-2021 RAM 3500 because of the intercooler and related plumbing added to Diesel models of your truck, we do offer a front hitch that will fit.

The EcoHitch # EH37FR front receiver is designed a little differently. Because it sits a little higher on the front of the vehicle, it will fit Diesel models and as a secondary benefit it will provide a better approach angle/ground clearance at the front of the truck.

I've provided a photo showing what the hitch looks like once its installed.
