Will I be able to install the Curt receiver on my 2022 Audi Q7 without having to modify my vehicle?

While there are no major modifications or drilling required you will need to trim a small portion of the rear bumper fascia on your 2022 Audi Q7, for the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13277 to fit. I have a included an image that shows where the fascia is trimmed. The receiver will mount between the frame and the bumper beam on your Audi.
The Vehicle Wiring Harness # C59236 will allow for you to add a 4-way flat trailer connector to your Audi.
