Question:

I am looking to install a hitch for my 2017 Audi Q7 and believe that the Curt C13277 would be my best option. However, it looks as if I would need a riser for the trailer I plan to tow in the picture included. Do you have any recommendations? Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the picture! The Curt Trailer Hitch item # C13277 you referenced is confirmed to fit your 2017 Audi Q7. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Audi with included hardware.

To be level you will typically want your ball mount to be within 3" of the height of your trailer's coupler. The receiver on your Audi will be right at 12" above the ground so you will want to use the Curt Ball Mount for 2" Hitches item # C45338. This ball mount will give you 7" of rise.

You will also need the Curt 2" Hitch Ball item # A-90 and the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock item # e98880.

Since you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C55384 for a 4-Way or item # C55774 for a 7-Way. These will only work if your Audi has the factory tow package. If you do not have the tow package you will need item # C59236.
