I purchased the lippert LC 407131 kit along with the X factor crossmember MR 99ZR and the wet bolt kit MR46ZR

The MORryde X-Factor Crossmember # MR99ZR that you bought was designed to fit the MORryde LRE, RE, or TRE leaf spring setups which if that's what you have it would work great with that. The other components, the lift kit part # LC407131 and # MR46ZR would work together and with the X-Factor no problem.
If your camper had just a standard leaf spring setup there is an X-Factor that fits that setup with the part # MR33WR.
