Not sure what Torflex I have? I am trying to put a lift on my trailer. I attached pics of my trailer and axle sticker.

The Torflex Lift Kit - Tandem Axle - 3-1/8" Lift # K71-725-02 is designed for a #12 Torflex Axle. What you have here is a spring axle.
In order to lift your trailer I recommend the Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit # K71-385-00. This kit allows you to move your double-eye leaf springs to the top of the axle providing you with the lift you're looking for. I have attached a review video for your reference.
