Question:
Hello, I’ve just started auto transport and have a 2015 Ram 3500 with OEM gooseneck built in. I have a year 2000 take3 trailer that can haul 3 cars. The trailer seems to jerk a lot when I drive on any uneven road. Feels almost as when you’re towing a vehicle with a strap and it pulls you back. I’m replacing the springs because I’m pretty sure I need to but what do the experts think ?

With your Take 3 trailer being over twenty years old the suspension could definitely use a tune up if you haven't already so new leaf springs are a good starting point.
You'll want to ensure that you choose your leaf springs based on the capacity of the axle, style (double-eye or slipper spring) and the length. For example, if you had a 7k axle with double-eye leaf springs and the measurement from eyelet to eyelet was 24-7/8" then you would want the # e64SR.
The next step would be upgrading your equalizers with ones like the MORryde Shock Absorbing Suspension Equalizers for Tandem Axle Trailers w/ 35" Wheelbase - 8K # MR27ZR, which have rubber dampeners in them to eat up some of the road shock you've been experiencing. To find the correct size for your trailer you'll want to match the axle capacity and measure from the center of the eyelet to the center of the other eyelet.
From there you could also throw on some Jounce bumpers like the SumoSprings Trailer Helper Springs w/ Line Relocation Bracket - Single Axle - 5K to 8K - Overslung # SS26MV to provide extra support and cushioning for your loads. To find the correct ones you'll need to know the axle capacity and whether your axles are underslung or overslung.
The best option to help cancel out that jerking feeling you have is using a Shocker Hitch Gooseneck Adapter, which has adjustable air bag to provide a smoother ride. These come in a variety of offsets, square tube, round tube, etc. For example, if you wanted a 3" offset you could use the # SHK99MR for square tube or the # SHK87MR for round tube.
