Im looking for a ladder rack compatible with my folding truck bed cover for a 2019 chevrolet silverado 2500 hd. the cover is an Undercover Ultra Flex truck bed cover part no. udc ux 12019. will this fit my truck with folding tonneau cover? thanks for your assistance.

Since your Undercover Ultra Flex truck bed cover sits inside the bed rails on your 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500 you'll want to go with the Thule TracRac SR like what you referenced. Use part # TH43002XT-781 for a 6-1/2' bed or part # TH43002XT-780 for an 8' bed.
These rails mount on top of the bed sides and will still allow you to open up your tonneau cover but you may need to move the uprights back and forth to fold up the different panels, and the rubber weather strip may come in contact with the rails of the TracRac SR so over time and lots of use the rubber will likely become more flexible.
If that's a concern for you then you can use the Adarac Pro Series Ladder Rack, part # A24FR for a 6-1/2' bed or part # A96FR for an 8' bed. These have bars that are upright instead of slanted to you won't have to move the uprights just to operate your tonneau cover. This has more traditional ladder rack-style crossbars though and the weight capacity is 500 lbs which is the trade-off that you're looking at.
