Hello, I have a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado and am looking for a bed rack what will accommodate the existing tonneau cover velcro/rollup. Specifics on the vehicle: 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 4WD Double Cab 143.5 LT w/1LT I thought the Thule TracRac SR TH43002XT-501 would work but according to your site it wont. Do you have any other product suggestions that may work? Thanks

Hey Nathan, thanks for the information! For your 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 with a 6-1/2' bed, I recommend the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack item # TH43002XT-781. This is the correct setup for your truck. It's got the base rails specifically designed for your third generation Silverado. The one you were looking at is designed for the 2nd generation so the stake pocket mounts are in a different spot.
The TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack item # TH43002XT-781 is going to attach directly to your Silverado's stake pockets. You will want to make sure your roll-up Velcro tonneau cover doesn't have any side rails that cover up the stake pockets. This ladder rack has a 1,250 lbs capacity and includes four load stops to help secure your gear or tools.

Looks good, thanks. It'll be primarily for canoes, I'm going to measure the height to confirm it will work but it should (~17' boats so it should hang over the cab a bit). It'll be parked and sitting for days/a week when we're out. Thinking the Locking TracKnobs are what I'd want to deter theft? (once had fuel siphoned when we were out on a trip, normally people leave your stuff alone but not always) Thanks, Nathan
