What are the outside dimensions of the weld bracket mounting bracket?

The weld bracket on the top of the Ark Drop Down Corner RV Stabilizer Jack Kit # ARK34FR is 4.6063" long and the surface that would make contact is 1.8307" wide. The overall width is 2.8543" on the top.
I have attached a dimensional drawing from Ark showing all of the dimensions (in millimeters) for your reference.
