I ordered several of the MCL-63CAB. It seems that I also need mounting brackets A65B and pigtails A46PB. Is this the correct combination? I am retrofitting the incandescent lights on my Interstate trailer.

There are different bases you can use for clearance light # MCL63CAB. You can use base # A65B that you have referenced. For that particular base you would use wiring harness # A68P.
We also have base # A65PB or # A66PB. With these you would use wiring harness # A65P with the single wire because the light will ground through the mounting studs of these bases.
