How Large Are The Chain Links In The Glacier Twist Link Snow Tire Chains

Question:
What is the link size for these chains? My owners manual says 5mm is the maximum I can use. 2019 Toyota 4Runner Limited 246/60R20 on all-season tires.

The Glacier Twist Link Snow Tire Chains with Cam Tighteners - 1 Pair. part # PWH2228SC, per Glacier, has a link size of .23mm. They are rated for highway use and not off road use. The twist link pattern will give a slightly smoother ride than a square chain would.
