How To Wire EJ-3520-BBX Jack Directly To A Trailer Battery

Im looking at this jack. e25TR My question is I dont need to use truck power, I have trailer power. How many wires are in the 7 pin plug? Is it just 2? A positive and a negative wire? I want to wire it into my trailer battery. Thank you

As the etrailer.com Electric Jack # EJ-3520-BBX only need to be powered, you are correct in that only 2 of the ports will be used. When looking at the front of the 7 Way plug, these will be the 11 o'clock position for power and the 5 o'clock position for the ground.
If you prefer to have this wired directly to a battery on your trailer, you will need to remove the 7 Way plug and wire the red wire to the positive side of the battery and the black wire to the negative side.
