Fantastic Vent 3300 Compatibility With 3350 Model

Question:
I only need to replace the bottom part of the fan and leave in tacked the motor fan and housing, Are all the holes, Screws, and connections to the existing model plug and play?

Yes, your current 3300 series is compatible with the Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent, # FV803350. It is plug and play for the lower portion same with any other fan model beginning with 33 for model number.
