For your 2021 Toyota Highlander we have the etrailer hitch part # e75ZR which is a really great option. It has high towing capacities and is mostly hidden. I attached an install video for this for you to check out as well.
Then for trailer wiring you'd want the 7-way kit part # TK57VR which is a custom fit kit for your vehicle and is the correct style of connector for a trailer with brakes.
Then for a really easy to install brake controller we have the Curt Echo Mobile part # C51180 which once plugged into a 7-way is ready to tow once synced to a smart phone.
