Replacement Parts for Broken Striker Plate

Question:

I have a popup camper Jayco 1207UD year 2016. I need to replace a door strike plate. Which one shall I choose? How to remove this kind of screw? Thanks!

Thank you for providing the picture. I recommend replacing your broken striker plate with the Global Link Replacement Strike Plate for RV Entry Doors - Steel item # 295-000022. Sorry to tell you but that's not a screw. Someone attached that striker plate with a rivet. You're going to have to carefully drill it out or take a screw driver and a hammer and pry it off without damaging the door.
