I recommend the Kenda 5.70-8 Bias Trailer Tire with 8" White Wheel - 4 on 4 - Load Range C # AM30120 for your 95 Jayco pop up camper weighing 1500 lbs. These wheel/tire combinations will work well and give each wheel a capacity of 910 lbs for a total capacity of 1820 lbs. They have a very nice white powder coat finished wheels over e-coat primer. The wheels have the 4 on 4 inch bolt pattern and meet DOT specifications. They are intended to be inflated to 75 psi cold prior to use.
