How Do You Attach The Wiring Socket To The Front Of The Blue Ox Base Plate On a 2007 Dodge Nitro?

I just received my base plate. Circled In the picture, Ive seen the 6 round hole wire mounted here. I dont see threads in the hole. What do in use to mount or is this not a mount? Thanks

The Blue Ox 6-Pole, Round Pin, Trailer Wiring Socket # BLU43XR will attach to the Blue Ox Base Plate # BX1976 with the 2 #12-14 x 1” Self Drilling Screws that come included with the base plate. The holes are not threaded for a bolt, but rather the self drilling screws are used to fasten the wiring socket.
