I am confident that the replacement latch # 03347 will fit your Sears X-Cargo cargo box. It has been determined to fit on all sizes of the X-Cargo box with little or no modification of the box itself.

Only option we have that might work is the part #SR03807 for the lock and then the latches part #03347 as we know these fit the X-cargo boxes.
