Replacement Latch and Mounting Hardware For Rooftop Sears X-Cargo Box

I have an older Sears x-cargo rooftop carrier. It is missing a latch in the front and the mounting hardware. Do you have anything that would work for that inexpensively? Its got a crack that Ive sealed and the hinges/metal parts are pretty rusted, but I need to use it cross country. Thanks.

The X-Cargo boxes were manufactured by Thule's SportRack division for Sears. The correct replacement latch for your Sears X-Cargo Box is latch # 03347.
