Troubleshooting An EverChill RV Refrigerator With Standing Water On The Shelves

Question:
Water is standing and freezing on the top shelf of the refrigerator how do I keep that from happing

If you have standing water in your Everchill RV Refrigerator w/ Freezer - 10.7 Cu Ft - 12V # 324-000119 then you most likely have a clogged drain tube. You'll first need to unplug the fridge and leave the doors open to completely thaw out any ice build up. Next you'll remove the back panel of the fridge so that you can gain access to the drain tube. The drain tube will be white and running straight down (see attached picture). You'll need to use an extended pipe cleaner to clear out any clogs and then you will be good to reinstall the back panel and plug the fridge back in.
