How much of a difference a 13 and a 15?

In general you get about 10 percent additional cooling power going from a 13k BTU AC unit to a 15K and most will report that the additional cooling power comes in handy. The price difference typically isn't that much but if you go with a smaller one and then determine it's not enough the price adds up quick buying an additional unit and possibly paying to have old one removed and new one installed. So I'd go with the Advent # ACCAR150 you mentioned.
