Question:
Your picture shows a drip pan attached to the back of the referenced refrigerator and I believe in my last conversation I indicated that mine did not have a drip pan. What I havent asked or heard you mention from your expert is where does the condensation from inside of the refrigerator drain to? Inside mine there is what appears to be a drain hole but it is plugged and the condensation has no where to go. Is this supposed to be open to the internal drain pan you are talking about that collects the condensation so it doesnt leak out of the unit?

The Everchill Refrigerator for RVs - Black - 3.2 Cu Ft # 324-000111 is a standard RV refrigerator. It does not have a specific physical drain location for condensation. I reached out to my tech contact at Everchill and he said the integrated drip pan is oversized so the fridge cannot produce enough condensation to overfill it. It will catch any condensation when stored and allow it to evaporate so there is not concern about puddled water damage or mildew when the door is propped for storage when not in use.
I've attached a photo to show the drip pan location you asked about which is right above the condenser.

Ever Chill 3.2 RV Refrigerator Drip Pan and Preparation for Storage. Jason answered my question except that upon examination of the back of my RV refridge in question, there is no drip pan My humble assumption is the condensation that collects inside the fridge drains out the bottom which over the last three years has eroded my underlyment in the outdoor kitchen. Now i have a major investment to reconcile this issue. Any other help you could provide me with the refridgeratir mfg would be of great interest. This should never have happened. If my Ever Chill RV outdoor refrigerator has an internal drip pan compared to the Ever Chill RV refrigerators I have seen shown on line that show a drip pan attached to the rear and just above the condenser unit, why is my decking all spongy feeling as if the floor has absorbed moisture from inside the outdoor kitchen. The only thing I can think of is drainage from the fridge. I have checked the sealant around the outdoor kitchen door and it is solid.
