Is the 45 degree a better option than the 135 degree on ford transit 350 he dually outside tire?

This will generally depend on the wheel on your vehicle and we don't have specific fits for individual vehicles in this case. I personally like the Wheel Masters Tire Pressure Valve Extenders - 135-Degree Bend - Steel Rear Wheels - Qty 2 # WM8029135 since they'll get the valves a little further away from the wheels in most cases compared to the 45 degree # WM8029.

You'll want to compare where your valves sit on the wheels to determine which is the best fit for your vehicle; if they sit a bit deeper then the 45 degree extensions would likely be a better fit for the air chuck.
