I just spoke with my rep at Timbren. The height of the Timbren Suspension Enhancement System - Rear Axle
Item # T62FR for your 2010 Toyota Tundra is 3 9/16 inches for the rubber spring portion and 1 5/16 inches for the bracket with a combined overall height of 4 7/8 inches.
