will this work on a 2wd, WT trim package?

Hi Kassi!

I do have a couple options that will fit your 2024 Chevy Colorado WT with 2 wheel drive, but the Timbren Suspension Enhancement System - Rear Axle # T83AV is specifically for the 4 wheel drive models. With that said, you will want one of the two following options:

2,000 Pound: Timbren Active Off-Road Bumpstops - Rear Suspension # TABSOSR
3,600 Pound: Timbren Suspension Enhancement System - Rear Axle # TGMRCCA

These are our two most heavy duty options available for your specific truck. With your truck being a work truck, I am assuming you are looking for the most heavy duty option possible, so the # TGMRCCA is likely what you will want. I still wanted to mention both though, just in case.

And on that note, what are going to be typically towing? And how often?

we are pulling a harben trailer jet. We are a plumbing and drain company.

@KassiR Oh nice! Either of these would work well for that. One thing I do need to note about these, they can be pretty rough when you are unloaded and/or lightly loaded. I would order the one that corresponds as closes to the weight of your Harben trailer jetter as possible to make sure you are still comfortable while driving with it.
