The differences between the Timbren Jounce Springs for your 2021 Chevy Silverado 2500 are listed below:
8,000 lb. capacity
Front- Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System # TGMFK25D (standard duty)
Rear- Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TGMRTT35D (This 8,000 lb. rear set is a Severe Service kit and should only be used on vehicles with a slide-in camper, salt spreader, or those with a mounted crane or other aerial device, such as on a tow truck.) If that is not what you are using it for you would want to use the 8,600 lb. capacity set below which is for standard duty.
These springs work with both 2 and 4 wheel drive models. They have an 8,000 lb. capacity and provide a more comfortable ride by absorbing road shock and improving roll stability. Timbren's suspension enhancement systems are much easier to install than air springs, there are no air hoses to run, no compressors or gauges to hook up, and no manual adjustments to make. The rubber construction makes Timbren's springs more elastic than similar products constructed of microcellular urethane which allows for a more comfortable ride.
8,600 lb. capacity
Rear- Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TGMRCK25D (standard duty)
There is not an 8,600 lb. capacity available for the front suspension. This set of rear springs provides all of the same benefits as the rear springs above, but they are for standard use oppose to severe service use and have an 8,600 lb. capacity oppose to 8,000 lb. capacity.
