I have a 2018 Ford E450 RV Harness 3034-P plug seems to small to fit. Ideas?

According to my contact at Tekonsha, the # 3034-P is indeed the correct brake controller harness for installing the # 90195 Tekonsha P3 Brake Controller in a 2018 Ford E450 Cutaway van chassis.
I suspect that the connector you've found is the incorrect one, which is why the # 3034-P isn't fitting for you.
The connector you're looking for is pinned to the back of the coin pocket/storage cubby above the radio as shown in the provided photos. I hope that will help you find the correct connector.
