Availability of 3036-P Wiring Harness for 2025 Ford E-450

Question:
Looking for a plug-in pigtail module for trailer brake on a Ford E-450 cutaway. I already have the brake controller. Do you have a Tekonsha Prodigy P3 that comes with the 3036 harness?

Hi Charles; none of the major manufacturers have ever confirmed their brake controller wiring harness will fit the 2025 E-450. We have also seen customers try to use something like the 3036-P and find that the pins are off.
Regardless, the wiring harness isn't available at this time. The parent company for Tekonsha declared bankruptcy and the company is currently for sale. As a result, popular parts like these are on indefinite backorder. This isn't the first time this has happened, and we really have no idea when they will be back in stock. This includes the Prodigy P3 and the wiring harness.
You said you already have the brake controller, but your follow up asked if we had the P3 with a harness. Are you wanting to replace what you have? My recommendation is to install the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller # RED52VR.
Redarc is incredibly reliable and you can mount the control knob anywhere in your dash. This comes with a universal wiring harness so you will have to cut off the factory connector and splice for installation. If you aren't replacing the controller you will still need to splice in for installation.
What are you planning on towing with your E-450?

I have since found that recent year Ford E-series including the 2025 model year uses the Tekonsha 303600/3036-P harness. The has been verified from the Ford "Body Builders Layout Book" which is available online, and shows the pinout that matches the 303600. Many sites state the correct harness is 3034-P, which is incorrect. Thanks for your help.
